Since its inception, City Edge has been at the forefront of Egypt’s real estate evolution. In 2024, the company welcomed Engineer Tamer Nasser as its new Chief Executive Officer—marking a significant milestone in its leadership journey.

His appointment followed the successful tenure of Mr. Mohamed El-Dahan, who led the company for three years and helped drive record-breaking performance, including an impressive EGP 38 billion in sales by the end of 2023. The board extended their sincere appreciation for his transformative impact during that period.

With Eng. Tamer Nasser now at the helm, the company is ready for its next chapter—one driven by visionary leadership and a renewed focus on innovation, strategic expansion, and lasting value.

Meet the Chairman: Eng. Tamer Nasser

A veteran of Egypt’s real estate sector, Eng. Tamer Nasser brings over three decades of experience to City Edge Developments. A 1991 graduate of Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering, his journey through the industry has been marked by leadership roles at top-tier companies.

He first made his mark at Emaar Misr in 2008, serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Control. In 2020, he became the Managing Director and CEO of Misr El-Gedida for Housing and Development—where he successfully led major transformation initiatives.

Now, as Chairman and CEO of City Edge, Eng. Nasser is leading the company into a bold new era of real estate innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence.
