Senior Property Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Property Consultant to assist clients in buying properties while ensuring they secure the best deals under favorable terms. This role involves understanding clients’ needs, analyzing market trends, and guiding them through every step of the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in marketing and purchasing properties at competitive prices while ensuring smooth transactions.
- Assess clients’ financial capacity and preferences to suggest suitable real estate options.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations, providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgage options, and legal requirements.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the accurate value of properties.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Manage the resale of properties and maintain up-to-date listings of available units.
- Establish strong relationships with real estate developers to explore new investment opportunities.
- Promote sales through various marketing strategies, including advertising and listing services.
- Stay well-informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Actively seek out and attract potential buyers and investors through networking, cold calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, financial constraints, and investment goals.
- Provide clear guidance on financing options, legal processes, and other aspects of property transactions.
- Accompany clients on property visits to help them make informed decisions.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Continuously monitor real estate listings and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on changing demographics, property demand, and economic factors influencing the real estate industry.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
